CamperLog ("de app") is een reislogboek voor campers. Deze verklaring legt uit hoe de app met je gegevens omgaat. De korte versie: je gegevens blijven van jou — er is geen account, geen server van ons en geen tracking.
Alles wat je in de app invoert — reizen, stops, beoordeelde plekken, dagboekpagina's, kosten, foto's, campergegevens en (optioneel) locaties — wordt lokaal op je toestel opgeslagen. Als je iCloud gebruikt, synchroniseert deze informatie via jouw eigen iCloud-account naar je andere Apple-apparaten.
Wij (de ontwikkelaar) hebben geen toegang tot deze gegevens. Er is geen eigen server; je data wordt niet naar ons verstuurd en niet door ons ingezien of opgeslagen.
Je kunt bij een stop of plek een locatie opzoeken of op de kaart kiezen. Dit gebeurt op je toestel om coördinaten en kaarten te tonen. De locatiegegevens blijven onderdeel van je eigen gegevens (lokaal + iCloud) en worden niet met ons of derden gedeeld.
Foto's die je toevoegt worden opgeslagen binnen je eigen gegevens (lokaal + iCloud). De app vraagt alleen toegang tot je fotobibliotheek wanneer je zelf een foto kiest.
In-app aankopen en abonnementen worden volledig door Apple afgehandeld via de App Store. Wij ontvangen geen betaalgegevens, creditcardnummers of andere financiële informatie. Op deze transacties is het privacybeleid van Apple van toepassing.
Synchronisatie en back-up verlopen via Apple iCloud (CloudKit) binnen jouw Apple-account. Deze verwerking valt onder het privacybeleid van Apple. Je kunt iCloud voor de app uitschakelen in de instellingen van je toestel.
Als je ons via de "Feedback"-knop of rechtstreeks mailt, ontvangen wij je e-mailadres en de inhoud van je bericht. We gebruiken dit uitsluitend om je vraag of feedback te beantwoorden en delen het niet met derden.
De app bevat geen analytics, geen advertenties, geen trackers en geen SDK's van derden die gegevens verzamelen. We volgen je niet en maken geen profielen aan.
De app is geschikt voor alle leeftijden en verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens, ook niet van kinderen.
Omdat je gegevens op je eigen toestel en in je eigen iCloud staan, heb je er zelf volledige controle over. Je verwijdert gegevens door items in de app te wissen, of door de app te verwijderen (en de bijbehorende iCloud-data via je Apple-instellingen).
We kunnen dit privacybeleid bijwerken. De datum bovenaan geeft de laatste wijziging aan; de meest recente versie staat altijd op deze pagina.

CamperLog ("the app") is a travel logbook for campers. This policy explains how the app handles your data. The short version: your data stays yours — there is no account, no server of ours, and no tracking.
Everything you enter in the app — trips, stops, rated places, journal pages, costs, photos, camper details and (optional) locations — is stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud, this information syncs through your own iCloud account to your other Apple devices.
We (the developer) have no access to this data. There is no server of ours; your data is never sent to us, viewed by us, or stored by us.
You can look up or pick a location on the map for a stop or place. This happens on your device to show coordinates and maps. Location data remains part of your own data (local + iCloud) and is not shared with us or third parties.
Photos you add are stored within your own data (local + iCloud). The app only requests access to your photo library when you choose a photo yourself.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive payment details, card numbers or any other financial information. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions.
Sync and backup run through Apple iCloud (CloudKit) within your Apple account. This processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy. You can turn off iCloud for the app in your device settings.
If you email us via the "Feedback" button or directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to your question or feedback and do not share it with third parties.
The app contains no analytics, no ads, no trackers and no third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not track you or build profiles.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal data, including from children.
Because your data lives on your own device and in your own iCloud, you are fully in control. You delete data by removing items in the app, or by deleting the app (and its iCloud data via your Apple settings).
We may update this privacy policy. The date at the top shows the latest change; the most recent version is always on this page.
